The Best Western Plus Executive Residency, right in the heart of downtown Waterloo has reserved a block of rooms for us at a rate of 119.00 per night. This hotel is within walking distance of many amenities, including Single Speed Brewery where the gathering will be on Friday, the 13th. They do have a shuttle service that will assist with getting folks elsewhere too (like the homecoming game!)! The Ramada is also located close to the extensive biking trail system in our county.

The Courtyard by Marrott was completed in 2018 after a complete overhaul / rehabilitation of one of the downtown John Deere plant buildings. The 9 foot ceilings and 3 foot thick cement walls, along with a very modernized/industrial look, makes for a unique overnight experience.
The Saturday evening Gathering will be held at the Marriott, in the ballroom. The rates we were given are: $119.00 for a Double Queen and $124.00 for a Standard King Suite.
